Our Story
At PW Ninjas, we are passionate about providing consistent & trustworthy home watch services to our clients. We made the move from one sunbelt to another - from the southwest in AZ to the Gulfcoast of Florida. This venture was started to fill a need in the Pinellas County area by long-time friends with backgrounds in handyman work and property management.
Property Watch Ninjas is recognized as an accredited member of the NHWA (National Home Watch Association), and a trusted name in the industry. We are bonded and insured for your protection and ours. We are active in the NHWA and the Tampa Bay Beaches Chamber. We support local non-profit efforts like the Madeira Beach Trash Pirates and Turtle Trackers to protect our beaches and their natural inhabitants.
Who We Serve
We operate throughout Pinellas County. We work with individual homeowners, investors, and Realtors®. We can also provide options to condominium associations & 55+ communities for their temporary residents. If you are a Realtor® or CAM we would love to partner with you and help you provide this service to your clients, so you no longer take on the responsibility for your temporary resident clients.
Our primary territory are the Beaches of Tampa Bay from Clearwater to St. Pete and everything in between. With our office in Madeira Beach, we can easily service Sand Key, Bellair, Bellair Shores, Indian Rocks, Indian Shores, the Redingtons, Mad Beach, Treasure Island, St. Pete Beach, Seminole, Largo, & St. Petersburg. We are currently expanding service to Dunedin, Safety Harbor & Palm Harbor area.
