- Secure all windows, doors & gates
- Check for forced entry, vandalism, theft or damage
- Check for unusual odors or noises
- Check AC & thermostat operation & change filters if provided
- Humidity reading to deter mold & mildew
- Run faucets/spigots, sink disposal, & flush all toilets
- Check function of fridge & freezer
- Visual inspection for leaks (under sinks, hot water tanks, hose spigots, pool)
- Check for pest and/or animal intrusion
- Alarm system checks & battery replacement (security, fire, CO)
- Removal of mail, newspapers, flyers, packages as evidence of non-occupancy
- Visual verification lawn and pool services
- Clock check of Irrigation system
- From ground inspection of roof and gutter
- Perimeter check of exterior
- Check breaker panel & exterior/interior lighting
- Detailed reports emailed with photo documentation
- Immediate notification of issues or concerns
